Congratulations Jason Vandenboom: 2018 Ambassador of the Year
Jason Vandenboom has made a positive impact on the DID Ambassador program and his co-workers since joining the team in 2017. He was Ambassador of the month twice in 2018, nominated by his fellow ambassadors. His contagious energy and attention to detail was visible from the start. Jason has removed thousands of gum spots as a power washer, cleared more than 100 corners of snow and has helped more than 1,000 people with directions. He is a consistent team player that goes above and beyond.
The DID Ambassadors continue to be friendly faces downtown. Each day, you’ll find the Ambassadors providing assistance to those in need, offering directions, suggestions about things to do and more. Ambassadors also help keep our streets clean, water DID planters downtown, and keep an eye out for you and your surroundings.
