Dear DID Stakeholder,
We are writing you to inform you of what we at the Mpls Downtown Improvement District are doing to monitor and react to the COVID-19 outbreak. As you know this situation is ever changing, with new reports, responses and recommendations released almost by the hour. We are following the core public health recommendations of washing hands and surfaces, exercising social distance, and telling all employees to stay home if they are feeling sick. These practices are also being followed by our Ambassador team.
We are also participating in national conversations to learn more from our colleagues in different cities which are at different stages in this outbreak. At this point none of our services are affected and are not changing. However, it is very possible that this will change. We do want you to know that we will prioritize compliance with national, state and local recommendations as they are announced and will do so in a way that respects the safety of all of those that live, work and visit downtown Minneapolis, as well as our employees, vendors and partners.
We will continue to keep you informed of any service changes related to this outbreak and ask for your patience and understanding as we all navigate this together.
Sincerely,
Steve Cramer Kathryn Reali
President & Chief Executive Officer Chief Operating Officer
