Mpls Downtown Improvement District

I wanted to pass along a word of gratitude for the Minneapolis DID program. I just love seeing the Ambassadors helping tourists around the city and making us locals feel more at home. I stopped an Ambassador yesterday afternoon to thank her for picking up some trash that had been left in the street. It was not just the trash pick-up that was great but also that she was doing it with great spirit, while also making eye contact and smiling to the teens who were hanging out on the corner. Please pass along my appreciation to all the Ambassadors for sharing joy with those around them.
