Mpls Downtown Improvement District

I started working Downtown this past spring, which I absolutely love! Unfortunately, some nights I have a tendency to work late in my office and lose track of time. The other night was one of those nights and before I knew it, it was 9:30 pm. I would have had to walk four blocks to the parking ramp with two big sample cases, a brief case and another case. I was not too excited to try and walk there by myself. I was told by the guard in our building about the Ambassadors. I had no idea that they would walk you to your car! Before I knew it an Ambassadors was at the front door and proceeded to escort me to my car in the ramp. I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with your program! You could not meet nicer or more helpful people then the DID Ambassadors!

This service has not only eased my mind to walk to my car late at night but my husband and sons. Thank you so much for providing this service and the wonderful Ambassadors! I have told everyone that will listen to me!
