Mpls Downtown Improvement District

I visited Minneapolis recently to ride the lightrail for the first time, see the holiday lights, etc. We are from the country and unfamiliar with city life, traffic and travel. Luckily, a firendly DID Ambassador approached us, answered all our questions and even walked us several blocks to our destination so we would not get lost. This made our experience much better! Downtown looks so clean and I felt safe knowing the ambassadors are around!
