Mpls Downtown Improvement District

Recently I was privileged to witness one of your ambassadors (who had been driving a vacuum tractor) in action as he arrived on the scene of a very serious three car accident on 7th street. The professionalism & responsiveness was impressive as he introduced himself as an Ambassador to one of the involved parties; he addressed the gentleman and asked his condition, offered EMT, and radioed for services, following which he proceeded to the other involved vehicles. I was impressed by the calmness in which he handled the situation and how he systematically addressed and responded to each issue.
