MDID Staff Spotlight: Jesse Osendorf

Jesse Osendorf is the Director of Operations at the Mpls Downtown Improvement District. Jesse is in charge of all of the MDID operations which includes: the operation of Nicollet Mall, leading the summer and winter greening and managing the relationship with Block by Block which hires and trains the Ambassadors, the Livability and Safety Communications teams. Jesse has been with the MDID for four years. Prior to this, he was an Operations Manager for Zerorez and a Project Manager for Brighton Development Corporation. Jesse is known for his thoughtful approach to problem solving and his deep knowledge of downtown and how it works. He loves the variety of his work and enjoys the different feel of all of the downtown neighborhoods. Jesse is married and has two sons.
