Mpls Downtown Improvement District

The City is moving ahead with the redesign and reconstruction of Hennepin Avenue between Washington Avenue and 12th street.  The reconstruction project will be funded with City, state and federal transportation dollars.  Construction will begin in 2019 and will continue through 2022.  DID staff is represented on the stakeholder committee and is also keeping informed and providing input through ongoing coordination meetings with the project team.
