Mpls DID Ambassadors are the welcoming presence of downtown Minneapolis—friendly, approachable, and ready to help. Whether you're looking for things to do, need directions, or want a safety escort, DID Ambassadors are here to assist. During their patrols they also conduct welfare checks and report safety concerns to help keep downtown safe and inviting for everyone.
