Mpls Downtown Improvement District

Committee Charter:

1. Oversee statements, controls and policies related to organization's finances.
2. Provide fiduciary advice about financial strategies and objectives.
3. Review annual audit from independent auditor.
4. Review governance criteria and seek nominees to fill vacancies on the DID Board as needed (for recommendation to Board).

* Per Board policy, this committee is always chaired by the Treasurer of the Board. All members serve on the DID Board.
